POLICY PAPERS NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE

I have got my car insurance done 20 days back approximately and I haven't received any policy papers till date. My car no. is HR26 BP 3424. I haven't got the soft copy and hard copy both. The representatives are totally irresponsible and they don't pick the call also. It is highly unacceptable.

Kindly clarify.
