Passport renewal from Abu Dhabi, UAE

Dear Sir,

I applied for Passport renewal on 27-May-2014 (Type: Urgent) and still it's not ready. The Abu Dhabi office is waiting for some "letter" from Islamabad because now I'm dual citizen.

Please help me as I'm going on vacation this month.
