We tried to renew our passports online, so went to Google to start. Unfortunately we opened the wrong site and were led to believe that it was the form that had to be filled out. There was no mention of a fee for service. All we thought one had to pay was the passport fee. We did not even finish as we did not understand the last part so gave up and closed down. We did try to phone them on the number provided but that number did not exist. Then a couple of hours later we receive a receipt on line from them stating the amount they had taken out of our Visa., which we had never okayed. We tried to stop it through Visa, but unfortunately they could not do that so we will be taking it up with their Resolution and Dispute department.

We want you to be aware that other people will be taken in by this and that site should not be at the top of your list. We presume that they pay you a healthy sum for this privilege.
