LATE PAYMENT

Paypal was to automatically to take this from acct. I did not know I was getting billed. This has lowered my credit score. I paid this in full and is still showing on credit report with a lower score. This is very upsetting. How can I get this off and raise my credit back up? It is beginning to make me feel this is a rip off. Thank You
