I just have reviewed my credit rating and found that CCB/PPC pulled a hard copy of my credit report in 2015. I have a pay pal account and use it to pay for purchases with my master card credit card on ebay, etc. At no time, was I aware that I requested a Pay Pal Credit card. They can be very indirect and diversive on their website during a purchase. I am surmising this is what happened in my case and I clicked on the wrong box. I will cancel my PayPal account which I have had since 1999 if this removed from my credit reports at all three credit report companies.
