cannot access account

It is impossible to log into the website. I have funds in the Payflex account that I cannot access. I have tried resetting my password multiple times. I have spend hours on the phone with the customer service rep. They have over $6,000 of mine that I cannot access. I'm starting to think the company is running a fraud.
