Hi I went to pay an account at Totalsport in Volksrust. The manager there was not helpful at all she gave me attitude. I went to pay for someone's account and had two cards on my bag and ended up paying the wrong account. When I asked them to reverse the money they refused and when I tried to tell them that I called the head office she said she doesn't answer to the head office and decided to call his boss who said they need the owner of the card of which he is working and won't be able to come to the store. I'm very angry about the way they treated me.
