Saying that Paymentone is a "billing aggregator" tells me nothing. Somehow, you illegally obtained bank routing numbers and you defraud people by putting "Verizon" or "AT&T" after Paymentone in the charge to make it look legitimate.

I got charged an unauthorized third party charge on my Frontier bill on behalf of Service Group International. I looked them up and they are a construction management and real estate group. I never talk to third party providers so I don't know how they can do this. Fortunately I noticed it right away and Frontier credited me the $39.95 and put a block on third party requests on my account.
