Never applied for credit card

It appears that PayPal opened a credit card in my name fraudulently and now has increased credit limit by $925.00. How do I get this account closed since all I have is their name, but no account #. I have never been able to get any contact with PayPal. I also only used PayPal for paying bills with MY OWN CREDIT CARD NOT ANYTHING PAYPAL HAS OPENED!

Unauthorized credit inquiry

PayPal has made an unauthorized inquiry into my credit report using the name of Syncb/ppc. I never applied for any credit through PayPal. My credit score has decreased precipitously.
