Hi myself Alex Xavier from Edmonton Canada,I often use paypower prepaid cards for online and store purchases.I was so happy to use my cards always and what happened is that I am a registered user of this card.on December 19 2014 I used my card for 22 Dollor .That was my last transaction for my actual money was in my card.and very next day I purchase a reloadable pack for 50 dollors and when I try to apply the amount on my card it says me I have -30 dollars in my account.I was shocked and very next day it says me I have -31 dollars and the very next day it says - 32 and I checked my transaction history of last five and it says me about only 22 dollars what I made with my actual money on the card and I called customer care they doesn't know where the -32 dollars comes from and I dnt know too..I called them twice but there is no good reaction.what should I do not to loose my money
