can"t log on to check balance

yes, this is BS. Just baught a card at my local grocery store. Tried activating and registering when I got home, and the website doesn't exist. I have $220 that I loaded it with and now I don't even know if I'll be able to use it. Their toll free number doesn't work either. (888) 633-9432 is the number to call to also acivate it. It just keeps saying that it is under maintenance.
