I had made a payment amount Rs. 1451.80 from my Union Bank saving account to IRCTC for ticket booking using GooglePay through Paytm UPI service. The amount has been debited from my savings bank account but the amount is not received by IRCTC. The snapshot of the above-mentioned transaction is attached herewith. Probably it's the error of the gateway (Paytm). Please do the needful and revert back the amount ( Rs. 1451.80 ) as soon as possible.

I tried to book a ticket on irctc through bhim app, which using paytm gateway, screen shot of that step attached as image1, so for the this I have completed my transaction through Google pay tez, which has generated transaction Id: 916916637775, and confirmed that transaction is successful, but the amount is not received by IRCTC. Probably the gateway who has my money.
