Refunding

have cancelled my ticket with transaction date on 22nd December 2017. Its showing that the refunding amount has transferred to PAYTMAG on 24th December 2017. Its more than 6-7 days. Kindly requesting you to transfer the amount to my sourcing SBI account.

Refunding money

Sir, I have cancelled my ticket with transaction date on 22nd December 2017. Its showing that the amount has transferred to PAYTMAG on 24th December 2017. Its more that 6-7 days. It has crossed the limited date according to irctc rule. Please transfer my whole refund amount in my SBI bank immediately.
