Dear Sir/ Madam,

I booked ticket through IRCTC on 04.04.2018 using PAYTMAG gateway.

I cancelled the ticket on 06.04.2018. According to my IRCTC account the amount has already been refunded to PAYTMAG bank.

But I have not received the refund amount of 2265 INR from PAYTMAG in my bank account (Indian Bank) even after 7 days of cancellation of my ticket.

But, PAYTMAG has not credited the amount 2265 INR in my bank account (Indian Bank) even after 7days of cancellation.
