Refund not credited

I have cancelled ticket in IRCTC on 06-03-2017 and the refund amount is Rs.210 is been refunded to paytmag. The amount is not credited to my account til date

I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.
