Anytime I have cards totalling 12-15 and select "Hit" I invariably get dealt a face card or a 10 and watch as the dealer's hand gets dealt low cards that add up to 21.
Out of 52 cards in a deck, twelve are facecards and four are tens, for a total of sixteen. That means there's a draw probability of 31%, not 100%. This basically means that every time I draw, I should have slightly better than 2 in 3 chances or drawing a card lower than ten. Your game is obviously biased against the player. I understand that in Blackjack the dealer does have an advantage, but the bias in your game is severe and makes it hard to enjoy.
And why so stingy on tokens from playing the game. If it's going to be so biased against the player, it should payout greater token rewards. Perhaps PCH could modify the game to allow players to tweak how the game plays. A harder game setting could payout more and an easier setting, less. I could stand making fewer tokens if I didn't feel like I was getting so screwed!
The game needs to be at least more reflective of reality, or I'm going to have to stop playing. My blood pressure can't take it. I don't play the game to get frustrated and angry, I play it to have fun. It's impossible to have fun playing at this point.

NUMBERS ON THE CARDS HAVE NEVER EVER HAD EVEN TWO NUMBERS MATCH.

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THE PCH GAMES FOR YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN THE BLACKJACK SCRATCH GAMES A SINGLE NUMBER MATCH ON ANY CARD. I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CARDS, WHICH IS FIVE. AND, NEVER HAS ONE NUMBER EVER MATCHED, EVER. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS?
