Two days ago, I complained about my gaming name on PCH gaming page because I do not like it and I want to change it. Now, I cannot load any games on the blue PCH gaming page!!! PCH sent me an email today saying the issue had been resolved and closed but my gamer name has not changed but now there is this new issue of not being able to load and play a single game on the blue Publishers Clearing House page! I have sent them several emails asking why I cannot load or play any games on their site but I have not received an answer back yet!
