last three games will not load to reach required ten

For the last three days, I have tried to play pch lotto. Games one through seven load, then all stop. Three more lotto games need to be play to unlock the opportunity for the $10K spin. I am sure my record of play has shown this, because I got an email saying that I stopped too soon. I had no control. The program will not load after seven. UGH...help. Please
