Bad business dealings

I ordered the Ben Franklin collection and paid in full didn't receive all coins only received three coins for 104 bucks of junk silver 90%why would I pay $104 for an ounce of silver when I could have bought a proof Silver Eagle that don't make no sense false advertisement never do business with this company again ever.
