For your information, we went to immigration office shah alam malaysia for new passport application on 4th dec 2015, officers there announced queu numbers finished at 9am &requested us go to another branch or to come again on next day.
On 6th dec 2015, we did come again to immigration office shah alam, but very very disappointed, officers there announced system down&again request all people go another branch.All people willing to wait for system restore, but until 11am officers there still did not take any initiative to restore the system&only keep asking people go to another branch.
With a heavy heart, all people went back with
disappoinment.
As a malaysian, I very very disappointed regarding this poor services provided.
