Customer Service Personel is a disgrace
Isabella, ( probably not your real name) I am disgusted with your customer service and I will be making a formal complaint. You have no right to demand that I provide my 3 digit verification code on my credit card after I gave You all my details, including my last four digits of the card that was associated with my credit card. You claimed you required that to complete my request to close my account but that was false. In addition, you spoke with me in a tone of sarcasm. When I requested I speak to your supervisor, you claimed there was no supervisor available. Then you intentionally FAILED to forward my request to the supervisor. You are a disgrace to the company!!!

CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTH
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND RUDE. CHARGING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTH AND BEING RUDE. WAS GOING TO REFER 2 FRIENDS .YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM IS SUCKS. DOESN'T TAKE ANY EMAIL ADDRESS.I CALLED MY BAND FOR FRAUD CHARGES, CALLING BBB AND GOING ON INTERNET TO FILE COMPLAINT. I GUESS IS ONE MAN BUSINESS. THE LADY, WHO WAS VERY RUDE, TOLD ME DO WHATEVER ,YOU CAN . UNBELIEVABLE .

Stealing my money
I had $22 some change in my account, this morning Monday 11/10/14 at 11:00am I made a call for 2 to 3 min max to my ill mother in Morocco then as I told her I was going to call her back with some important information in Half an hour. At 11:30am of the same morning I called back, I couldn't get through and the answering machine was telling me that my line is in use ..I was surprised, then I called the customer service. She said there is a problem and to try and call back in 20min time, which I did same message again, I tried many times after that I could not get through to morocco. What made me go to the shop and get a phone card so I could talk to my mother. Then when I got home I called the customer service again to complain and to check what the problem was..a lady called Rita said that I was on my phone for one hour this morning and that's why it was all used. That was not true I could not get through to my mother after 11:30am using penny talk, I used phone cards not penny talk I was on my phone all morning nobody else used it I was trying to get hold of my mother using my contacts and phone cards not penny talk.
And even if that was true, it doesn't cost $22 to talk to somebody in Morocco for one hour, if that was the case it would be a very bad deal indeed.. I had this service for the last 3years or more, when I talk to my mother for one hour it only cost me about $2 to $3 max and that's the reason I stayed with them all this time . This is the second time it happened to me . The customer service is totally hopeless and a waste of time , they don't help with anything, in fact they make your day even worse ..my$22 were stolen from my account and they are accusing me of using my points I am not going to be using this service any longer, it is very dishonest and tricky. I am demanding a total refund of my money or I will be seeking legal advice.

Non-working connect phone number
Signed up about 2 years ago. 2 month after sign up, tried call from Germany. Connect number did not work.
Forgot about it and bought chip phone over there.
Got a reminder today via email to update credit card account.
Called 1-800.. number from their website, got sales guy on the phone: "you must call customer service"
Ask him: Please transfer Call
Anwer: I cannot do this (!!!!) I said:mIf you cannot do this no wonder you can't get a connection working from Europe !
Dialed Customer service No.
Got woman on the phone: She sent me email with new connection No. from Germany.
The email was in Spanish ! I still had had her on the phone: "you send me a Spanish email, we are in the US, we speak English !
Answer: I have no control of this, it's set up that way in "the system".
Me: Please give me the corporate phone number. (she gave it to me)
Called corprat No.
Got another Spanish speaking voice on the line> I ask for someone higher up (VP at least)
Got answering machine (out of office) > Voice mailbox full |
I finally gave up !
I DT is a fake outfit, donot fall for it

Fake and Customer Service Sucks
This jackass is hang up on me and it seen like he's the only customer service guy that will answere the dame phone penny talk is a reap off.
