NO PAY OUT AND CONSULTANT LIES

MY CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED ON 13 OCTOBER AND STILL TO DATE (10/01/2017), NO PENSION FUND PAY OUT.

EVERYTIME I PHONE, (I PHONE EVERYDAY, HOLDING SOMETIMES UP TO 30MINS AT A TIME), THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER STORY.

I HAVE ASKED IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER, AND MULTIPLE TIMES ADVISED THAT ALL MY PAPERWORK ARE IN ORDER.

THEN I SHOULD PHONE IN 2 WEEKS TIME ONLY, WHEN I DO SO, THEY WILL ADVISE THAT MY CLAIM IS STILL IN PROCESS, WHEN PHONING AGAIN THEY WILL ADVISE IT IS AT PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT BUT CAN NOT TELL WHEN PAYMENT WILL BE DONE. IT IS NOW 6 WEEKS AGAIN AFTER BEING TOLD IT IS AT PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT.

THE LIES IS REDICULOUS!!!!!

I HAVE PAID INTO THIS FUND FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS, SO I AM NOT ASKING NICELY, BUT INSTRUCTING MY MONIES TO BE RELEASED, AS THE INTEREST THAT MIBFA IS EARNING FROM MY MONEY, IS A HUGE AMOUNT AND CONSTITUTES AS FRAUD!!!

PAY MAY MONEY OUT IMMEDIATELY, OR FACE THE LEGAL ROUTE
