deceptive, unsatisfactory product, poor customer service

I looked at a 7-day "free trial" and got next to nothing but address and phone number. But, yet my credit card was charged $39. Then a week later - ANOTHER $39 charge on my card. I had to call my bank to file a report against this company so the charges will be disputed. My bank also blocked them from further charges.
When I called Peoplesmart Customer service today "Justin" was like a broken record - he would not let me talk to a Manager even after I asked him 15 times. He seemed to enjoy telling me there was nothing I could do, that it did not matter if I was not satisfied - or that I did not authorize the charges. He told me it was MY responsiblity to find out if Peoplesmart was deceptive. And - since I did not - too bad. He also did not care the data I received was poor. I told him I would be disputing the charges and filing a complaint. He hung up on me.
