Poor customer service

I don't know how this company is still trading nothing but problems since signing up. Twice they have not set up my direct debit right pushing me into arrears I don't know about till last .minute. the first time I had manager at my door shouting and belitiling me phome calls texts through there stupidity of not been able set up a direct debit. All though they still tell me it's my fault. The second time was Friday just gone spent a hour and half on phone to someone called amy who assured Me I pay a extra 10 pounds I would be ok for this fornight that's 72 quid alltogeter and I paid it because I don't want to be in debt with them but. Few days after there saying I'm in debt for this week even though they admitted haveing me set up fortnightly but only took one weeks payment now I don't get paid till next fortnight I've told them I don't have the money till then. The guy I spoke to was verry rude unhelpful and thretning. Saying they want there goods and there getting a court order. I've had enough of it all made complaints that never go anywhere they just take there employee's side and us customers don't get heard I'm disabled and have mental health issues and there making my life hell just gunna wait till it goes to get and offer to pay them.

Paying too much Perfecthome

I feel completely taken in by this company. I signed up as I was already a Brighthouse customer and I pay them every 2 weeks. I can manage that. I ordered an LG Smart TV about 55” and an iPad. I was paying £47 odd every 2 weeks. Now I’ve been told that it’s weekly payment ?? I wouldn’t of taken out the contracts. I feel duped. How do they Imagine that a person on benefits can afford that amount and more. Can they do that ? It’s terrible. The staff are probably on a commission based salary as they constantly say well it’s in the contract. Then why wasn’t it an issue a year or so ago. .???

Perfect homes

Firstly I got an LG TV from perfect homes , after around a year and a half to two years of paying for this TV weekly it broke after investigation I received a phone call to tell me it was a manufacturer's fault with the whole line of tvs , I was then told to pick a new TV and all my payments were transfered on to new TV. What I recently found out was when I received my new TV they started my contract all over again which would mean they expect me to pay for TV plus intrest for 5 years when I have questioned this I just get told in normal circumstances they wouldnt even of transfered money over to new TV so basically I should be grateful. I am struggling financially at the moment also n have missed 3 weeks payments for 3 weks I have been rang 2/3 times a day visited at my address countless times I have explained my situation and that I need to pay my priority debts to be met with attitude and be told they are a priority debt as I have signed a contract now they are telling me to give products back but I have actually paid already over the odds for these and when questioned perfect home admitted it's purely intrest I am paying now can they take my products with out my concent ??

High intrest

I brought some new bedroom goods, a tv , and some kitchen appliances as unfortunately My fridge freezer died on Me. At first everything was fine and I made sure to make all My payments on time but then I lost income and that's when the bullying tactics started, every three days they turned up demanding money despite the fact I tried to make the best payment I could at that time, I was lucky enough to get a better job and continue payments as before but the staff in the shop started acting strange with Me one in particular was very nasty started spreading rumors about Me despite the fact she was lying nothing was done and no apology was had. I then started paying at another branch and unfortunately have very little income coming in again, when I rang to seek advice and help they out and out told Me unless I gave them the money they where going to kick My door in and take everything . I am begging anyone who reads this not to go with them as they are well known for skimming the books and adding things You never got onto Your account PLEASE please don't but with these cretins . I am devastated and a nervous wreck because I have no way to get the cash they are demanding . Suicide Might just be My only option left now, I can't sleep I have no cash for food or heating or electric.... suicide...I hope Your happy Perfect Homes My blood Your hands.

high interest

Hi
I just want to know if anyone else has bought furniture or goods of Perfect Homes. Me and my husband bought two three seater setees from them last year. I was so pleased to be able to get some new furniture I'm a fraid I didn't take much notice of the high interest. I'm now stuck with another three years of payments that I can hardly afford as now my circumstances have changed and I have lost some income. Just recently I could'nt afford to pay one week and they charged me £3.00 on top of my payment. I have heard as well if you have difficulty paying there is no help with reduced payments and they even come and remove your goods in some cases. I feel like I've got stuck with loan sharks but they are doing it within the law. Their interest is clossal I could have got a loan instead and payed less interest. I feel like they are taking advantage of people who are on low income and can't afford to pay cash for good or have a low credit scoring. I just want people to be aware that they charged more than treble the price the goods are worth surely they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. What do other people think about this?

high interest

i agree with all complaints about perfect homes it is a company that thrives on the lest fortunate. We purchased a 3 and 2 seater sofa from them almost 2 years ago. I have looked after both but the 2 seater started peeling its leather i was told by the manager that it was obviously a fault in the leather and due to me having the cover plus on it it would be repaired. 4 weeks later they turn up whilst i am at hospital and replace it with one that is at least 2 years older than my own and is visibly in much worst condition and tell me that is all they can do. I am not happy with this and am seeking legal advice. To anyone out there try and do your best to not shop from these vultures they are a disgrace.
