Sent me the wrong parcel and then haven''t given me my refund. Its been 2 months!

I ordered two products in early October, an aftershave and one perfume.
I recieved one after a day of the specified date but there was no sign of the perfume.
A whole month went by and i still hadn't recieved it, bearing in mind, it was meant to be a present for a friend and it was extremely late!
I called secret sales 4 times, then finally they sent me the product, as it turned up after another week (in November), it was the wrong item! They sent me an aftershave!
I had to call them again but this time i got fed up so i asked for a refund.
I sent the product back to them on the 09/12/17 and yet i haven't recieved a refund!
This is the worst experience I've ever had! I just want my money back!
