On 19aug at 2pm I call Perodua service centre to make appointment for change my car timing belt. and ask the price.I couldn't get the staff name but so long he hang-on in phone ask me again and again the same question is it timing belt??????? The staff know what is timing belt or not??? I tell again and again yes timing belt. Please don't treat your customer like this. Please make your staff bit quality before attend the call. We not free to talk or hanging in phone so long.
