luggage lost

hello,on feb.28,2017 my sister and I lost one check in luggage with frozen fish and salted fish and shrimp....we talk to one of the PAL employee filed a report...they told us to wait for their call..no call received ...then on march 2,2017 I called the PAL lost and found they said no luggage yet but after 3 hours received a call that they found the luggage ...so they delivered it after 2hours...then when we check inside the luggage.. all the frozen fish are smelly and rotten and the container of the salted fish and salted shrimp are broken ...and the inside of the luggage ripped....anything you can do for this ????those are gifts from our relatives for us here to enjoy the taste the product of Philippines....thank you ..Marylou agsao and ludyfernandez@sbc global.net...PR104
