They are consulting agency for Canada, Australia etc. They tricked us by getting our money for Permanent Residency application for Canada and let us send money in personal account under Ray Bagano account. We don’t know exactly how long this company is existing in Dubai, so whatever their company issue we don’t care anymore. From this time being that Wali Mohammad, the Managing Director promised to refund our money since last month but until now, he is not responding. Please let this company close as they are illegal and fraud. I have attached a proof of my payment for AED 1550/.- and a receipt that they issued amounting to AED 2500/.- which is incorrect even. I also attached the passport copy of RAY LECARTE BAGANO for your reference. you can call them with the contact numbers provided as they know exactly the issue about this.

Hello, I have been tricked into paying western union and sending money to this company . they called me from a dubai mobile phone number and kept telling me that I qualify for a visa, I am a poor man, and then i recieved emails after emails from www.pinaclevisas.com and two staff called me one was called RAY and the other was MAIA both are filipinos I think, and then finally they ask for my documents and then straight away for payment, which has to be cash in WU. so i believed them. but now I know because I checked their website, WWW. PINACLEVISAS.COM is only a scam website, PINACLE VISAS is not registered by dubai or canadian government and they have no qualifications, but they only called and trick you into paying money. NOW that they lied to me and sold me a FAKE canada visa, PINACLE VISAS.COM does not answer my phone. so please ALL people PINACLE VISAS and WWW.PINACLEVISAS.COM is a FAKE site, so please check they have no landline phone number and no real office, PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM ANYMONEY.

We have been deceived by this Agency PINACLEVISAS as well. We have almost the same case like yours.

They are really useless. We hired them to help us but in return they give us headache and to much burden. They will try all their best to make us stupid. They are giving lots of reasons or alibi's for them to delay the refund of our money.

Actually we asked for our refund since July 2016 and till now we didn't receive it. If worst come to worst, I will file a case against them in the court and DED. PINACLEVISAS.COM IS BIGGEST SCAMER IN THE WORLD. Don't use Them.
