Haressing to give school leaving certificate

Dear sir
I want to say that the principal of pinewood international school panchghani is harassing the parents for giving school leaving certificate of my daughters anchsl arora if you see online there are many complaints registered against this school I would request the education Minster to suspend there licensed to run the school they are demanding 24000 rs for giving the school leaving certificate so please help me ib this matter
