Yesterday I HAVE COMPLAIN ABOUT MY PIO TV CONNECTION ISSUE Y.DAY UNDER 18104188218 but yrt no customer service agent contacted me to solve this problem. I have contacted area service provider as my previous experience and he change the router but still problem is same stage. Today i have contacted 1212 more than 5 times but answered by lady and she does not giving proper solition. Even after 24 hours no solution promise me to send agent from matara branch but no time period . Because i have no day time to stay home untill slt comes. Therefore i ask her time and she promise to give me matara branch manager tp no. But did not given disconnected the line. Two times happen this. pls chrck my calls from 0774700964. Iam really dessapointet about this ladies servise as a customer i am requestong higher managements to interfear to improve this bad service. Still i have no pio tv facility to watch even news. In future if i do not have good customer servie i will give up this SLT servise with out payments and shere this message throug social net works too.
