Staff very rude. Ignore customer when customer want to order even she already see i hands up my hand to order.. she is busy talk with her colleague.
Another one female staff also being rude while giving the menu..
both of them are females staff!!

We went to pizza hut outlet at aeon cheras selatan mall and we were given the menu and watched as the waiters and waitresses pass us by without taking our order after waiting for 5 to 7 minutes. We decided to go eat elsewhere as it was almost 2pm.

As i am reading the countless complaints and lack of action on the part of the management. It appears that the brand pizza hut would be synonymous with bad service then and its sad because they have good fare just awfully bad service. These outlets looks like it badly managed and with staff who should not be in the service industry if they dont know how to treat a customer.

We went to kenny rogers .... service was prompt and 5 minutes we had our food on table. Staff was polite though they were also busy. so pizza hut for goodness sake buck up.
