I ordered online at 6.40pm for a take away around 7.30pm. we reached the restaurant exactly at 7.35pm. my order has been checked for verification purposes and I told them about my online ordering method. I waited waited and waited for almost 20 minutes but I didn't receive my order yet. All the staffs was like just talking and having their very good times together without even checking on their customers, but then my order was actually ready on time. It's just that they were so careless when I told them that I ordered online. So I went and approached one of the staffs to ask about my order. She then checked and told the other friend that it's an online order and started packing my food. I was so frustrated when there was not even an apology given by them for the very late service. Please take action so that this type of problem does not occur the other time. Thank you.
