I'm a part time worker at Pizza Hut East Coast Mall,Kuantan.I want to complain about the lateness of my salary.

Senior staffs said that they always got their salaries on the first day of the month before but now it's getting late to 2nd or 3rd day of the month.But what really concerns me now is my own salary.Other staffs at pizza East Coast Mall that using online banking already got their pay but why I'm still not?I'm also using online banking.

You can't expect your workers to follow everything that you've adjusted if you can't give our pay on time.Not all your workers are wealthy and doesnt have finance problems.I'm fully depending with my current work pay here at pizza east coast mall to pay my bills,house expenses and even my ride to work.I go to work by bus so if I still dont get my pay,how can I go to work?If I live nearby then fine I can walk but I cant since it will take me half a day to actually reach work if i walk.

So please give us our pay on time if you really want us to work and give our best service for you.You higher ups might brush this off now but please do remember that we low workers here also plays an important part in making this company rich like now.Without our best service,you wont reach your sell target.
