Wednesday / july 25 2017 about 4-5 Pm

We are so disappointed and feeling so disgraceful by the person in charge of that day. I'm representing of my group to make this serious complaint on how we been treated on that day. We are very sad and angry at the same time and that's why I came here.

First, we all about 8 members plan to eat pizza hut and some of us are planned to take away the order, as we can see here there is 2 situation ; people that eat here,and take away Order. So i and my partner make our take away Order at the counter, on this stage i do feel really unwelcome and silly face made to us at the counter that we need to encounter. I'm okay for that, myb that girl on that time feel tired or what. Just to think positive. For what we can't accept is while the person who took our order at the table which is with the black shirt different from the other employee say something so unclear and with the rise volume which sound like this 'lepas ni jangan bagi orang nampak' we are like what? From the started she made and Order with the angry face and unsincere to hear to my order
Seconds time she's came to our table to serve the food and all the sudden she's said again like this * lepas ni jangan buat lagi nanti customer saya nampak saya kena complain* dengan nada yang sangat marah dan tiada manner.
The thing here my friend that made take away Order eat the slice of pizza in the box and for that reason we been treated like a f########.
From what she's had said and manner that she's had surve us we are totally don't think that she qualify for the position she hold.
It's will be the first and last time I eat there even though the environment in the restaurant really good but because of the 1 person change the whole situation.
If we don't get a sorry from the girl we will make further move to see the manager from that branch really soon.
