12/06/18 Tue: Came here for dinner at 8.30 pm. There was no one at the counter nor anyone to serve us. Wanted to leave but my son loves your pizza, so we waited. We even had to wait for sometime for one of the waitress noticed us yet did not give a shit in serving us. I had to ask my son to get the menus from one of the counters. After calling the waitress we managed to do our ordering. We've been there for quite a number of times, we understand there is a shortage of staffs, but this time the staffs were ignorant. Then we noticed all the table were uncleaned, only the manager herself struggled to clean the tables. But still there were plenty of tables uncleaned. It was really disappointing as there were at least more than five staffs sitting at one corner chit chatting and busy with their phones. The cutleries were not even complete on the table. Even at the end, we had to wait for 15 mins for the ice-cream. We were really disappointed with the service and we did not enjoyed the dinner at all. I hope this complaint will not fall on deaf ears and i hope there will be changes. I don't think I'll be going to this brand for some time.
