I rang pizza hutt upper hutt for a home delivery Sunday night 19th of july and was told by the person that answered the phone that we had to pre pay with a credit card.... After informing him that all I had was cash, he told me that there would be an extra $2 surcharge added to the total all because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered driving to my address....isn't the job description of a delivery driver, just that, to deliver????
Im REALLY disappointed in the service that I didn't receive from this branch and I hope that it doesn't happen again should I decide to use them again, which I seriously doubt. I expect this to be rectified in some way
