inefficient service,late delivery& rude behaviour
I ordered pizza by phone at 7.45 pm (08.08.2015) and it was my sons birthday,the first order was placed at 6.15 pm and delivered on time and the next order was made at 7,45 pm and i was informed that they will be sent within 40 minutes. At 8,45 pm when I called enquiring about the delivery, I was on hold for more that 10 minutes then informed that it was supposed to be 45 minutes. the delivery boy left already. then again at 9.15 pm because delivery from jln ipoh mutaira complext to kg kasipillai will take 5 min drive by motorbike . but still i did not receive the pizza the second guy i spoke to was AZMAN he pass the line to syed he told the manager from the branch will call me her name was SHIMA.then at 9.30 again i call them ,and this time there was a guy took the call his name was YOUNS i was asking r u all able to delivery the food or not because the kids was so hungry and he said i dont know so i ask him can i speak to syed pls easy to comminicade hes said syed is busy , i told him i will wait. then he told me wait and he forgor the press the hold button and told that "BODOH LAH ORANG INI ' ini 3 min again he took my call and said syed will in a min , i ask him y u said bodoh to me , is this how pizza hut staffs been trained? my kids birthday was ruined by pizza hut staffes, i even told that to the guys named syed is this how u staff have to talk to the customers? When I complaint that even if the delivery takes 2hous 10 minutes, when the pizza arrived my kids almost went to sleep and all the other kids went home , i asked pizza delivered guy u should delivered the pizza in 40 min but the guy told sir your order received only at 9.15 pm so our delivery time is correct .i didnt received the pizza i told him that the party is over and the kids r sleeping alreday . so pls bring back your pizza away i dont want it.at last then i know that Pizza Hut cares about its service! Now I think Pizza Hut never bothers about their customers! Pizza Hut Malaysia should improve the delivery service if not i as customers will never order from Pizza Hut again. all this will be inform to my friend and relatives not to order pizza from pizzahut anymore.. In conclusion, first the guy name yonus should be sacked to show an example ot the other staff if they never comminicate with customer in proper, second the manager of mutaira complex pizza hut should be step down if she doesnt know how to manage the branch and order, i have seen many complains about pizza hut mutiara complex. Pizza Hut Malaysia has a very bad delivery service.and never think of long term bisuness and customers
note : customers r very import , they r our asset u loose them your bisuness will lose too
