Extra topping

I was order extra topping for my regular island supreme , end up the pizza just look like the normal one .
I can count only 6 of crabs tick on my pizza .
Do you know what does it mean ?
1 pic of car stick per pizza .
Is that "extra topping"?
So what I paid for it ?
