Happened at the Benton Harbor Planet Fitness on Mall dr.
My husband and I are always traveling and we have been to several different gyms. This is the first one where we felt any intimidation and it was by the staff. From the moment we went in there I felt like we were being watched. This is the first one I was ever kicked out of. This was our second time there and not literally two minutes since we got there did my husband get kicked out because he made a noise when he placed his dumbbell on the floor. If you go there do not and I mean DO NOT place the dumbbells down because any noise that the manager hears he will go crazy. And I have no idea why I was kicked out because I didn't do anything. Their motto is Embarrass free zone and I was certainly embarrassed. I cried I was mistreated so badly and I don't cry too often. They will kick you out on their on discretion and not reimburse you your sign up fee. I would like for the owner to at-least contact me back so I could talk to him.
