The frying pan we bought has a 20 year warranty. We have had it 1.5 years. Two e-mails and two phone messages have gone unanswered. The toll free line has been discontinued.
The pan is peeling despite following the use instructions. It was a very expensive item and an unusual purchase for us. I'm disgusted.
