It would appear we have fallen victim to a scam for the sale of our timeshare condo in FL. We have sent them $4300 and was told the sale would be final by now. When I try to contact both Platinum Management Solutions and the title company, North South Title in Davenport, IA all of their toll free and direct lines are busy. This morning I called 720-259-5217 and someone actually answered but it was just, Hello like I was calling a personal line. Then the line went dead so I tried to call back and now it's busy again.

Please let me know if there is anything we can do.

My wife and I own a lovely, lovely condo in Mexico. The guys at Platinum Management were right there for me when I was paying them to rent the condo for me. It´s been a different story now that I´m trying to recover carpet cleaning costs from the so-called stellar tenants. Anybody renting out property thru Platinum in Denver needs to do a little bit of their own tenant screening I´d say.

Where do you do credit checks on people?

The people who work at Platinum Management Solutions are a grumpy bunch who should be nicer to their customers and clients.
