My account was gavked

My account was hacked. He changed my password and I can't get on. No one to call. Sent constant stream of complaint mails over last 8 days. Form response which tells me to sign on. If I could sing on I wouldn't be having this problem
This is the worst site I have ever been on. No personal protection and they just don't give a damn
