Customer Service very bad
on 19 Sep 17, I have track my parcel and its written unsuccessful delivery...but I stayed at home all day waiting for that parcel. Then I call that damn number..1 300 300 300...which is very very very bad service...I tried more than 10 times but no people pick up..only machine saying that all officer were busy.I call at 7.30 pm onwards....Maybe pos laju only have 1 telephonist I guess. Pos laju promotion is very long and annoying...and at the end it just hang up...What service are you offering...please make it easier to us to reach you...n your customer service need to improve....very2 far different with other company....If all information are complete in web..then I will not call you for sure...but now you ask me to call that number....if you don't want to pick up the phone...why u ask me to call you...be rational please...we use your service because we trust u..but now my trust is broken..tq pos laju.
