Payments

I have called PNC numerous times regarding my payments on my Home Equity Loan. All my principal payments are being applied to interest! They are withdrawing funds from my checking account without authorization. Each time I called I am told that they see the notes and my account is being investigated. If I had known the kind of issue I would have, I would have NEVER given PNC my business.
