BBVA to PNC gets a 0 score for not being able to transfer accounts to the new system. I don't exist according to the kind branch manager who knows I am a long time customer. Eight hours work with zero progress. I have another appointment with the branch manager on Wednesday. Once he figures it out with the help of online trouble shooters, I will close my accounts.

Website transfer does not work. Went to bank to get help. Waited hours to have the kind branch manager tell me he couldn't help because he couldn't access my account to make the transfer because I don't exist. I made another appointment for Wednesday. So far I have spent 8 hours and have gotten nowhere. As soon as the branch manager finds my accounts I will be closing them all.
