Money deducted without permission

Yesterday, Wednesday, April 18, 2018 $22.98 was deducted from my debit card account. Monday, March 5th, 2018 $14.99 was deducted from my debit card account, again, without permission. I have not subscribed to any lottery or sweepstakes that would cost me money. If my money is not returned to me I will file a report to the police. I will also file a lawsuit and sue for theft and possible fraud. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
