Your telephone is not correct

I wanted to contact your office to close my account and stop taking out $14.99 from my credit card having the last four "8438". Your telephone number shows on my statement but I am not able to connect because the number is not correct when I dialed. So Please close my account with PNI*FREELOTTO Fast SVC effective immediately.
