Millions of dollars reward a BIG FRAUD

My father is a 89 year old elderly who bless his heart have believed in this millions of dollars scam for the pass 3 years. He truely believe that sending this so called processing fee will give him a great reward for millions of dollars. The letters always says mail the processing fees before the deadline and you will receive your million dollars reward. Why doesn't it ever come. This AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION needs to pay my father all of the processing fees he has paid them.... Targeting the elderly is a big crime. I truely hope and pray that the proper authorities will prosecute you....

Mail Fraud

Last week I received a letter from "Award Notification Commission" operating out of the above PO address in Kansas City... According to the letter, my number matched a winning number...However in order to receive the $2 million award,I had to return the official tender form (13570) signed along with an "acquisition fee" of $12.99 payable in cash, check or money order. On Oct. 22, I sent Publisher's Clearing house the following notification ..."Gentlemen,

This is the last straw. I am 68 years old and not in the mood to be scammed over the purchase of some magazines. You are the only organization that has been flooding my mailbox with offers and “entry numbers”.

Enclosed is recent correspondence that I received notifying me of a prize award. I am returning that prize notification back in the envelope supplied by your most recent correspondence. If I have not heard anything from you in a timely fashion…I am going to notify the postmaster general on both of your organizations. "

According to the website... the USPS delivered my October 22nd letter to Publisher's on either Friday October 23rd or Saturday October 24th. In any event, on 10/28/15 I received a NEW scam letter from Award Notification Commission...The new "Award" letter was no doubt generated because I checked (ADDRESS CHANGE) box on the outside of the OFFICIAL REPLY ENVELOPE (from Publisher's Clearinghouse). On 10/29/15 I forwarded the new scam letter to the U.S.Postmaster General...Question...Will the US Post Office do anything about this outrageous mail fraud? Don't bet on it....The current October 29, 2015 U.S. Postmaster General (and staff) does not even have a MAILING ADDRESS listed on their USPS website.
