Charged again?

They got rid of Scrabble, and at automatic renewal time, they sent me an email that they can't charge my card because it was no longer good! So, i didn't bother canceling it, because they said card was not good! Today, I got an email from my credit card telling me they charged me another $39.99 on another old card that was on file from another account! What a bunch of thieves, will NOT give me my money back!!!

No access

I have been trying to enjoy the games on Pogo.com for the last few days (since July 10th, 2017) and have not been able to due to an ad for a "Starter Pack." When I click on the X, nothing happens. I even gave up and tried to order, but no dice. What is the deal? Please correct this or you will have no business from me. Thank you

POGO DEFRAUDING CUSTOMERS

Defrauding Customers:

by Accepting Subscription fees for Exclusive Games & No Ad Games & Refusing Refunds
despite the fact that:

1. Changed game formats and the new embedded flash games will not load at all for many of their customers
2. Even if you get the games to load, they don't work right, freeze up, boot you, have to constantly refresh, etc.
3. They know that the games are not working for many of their paying customers and alternate between denial and excuses.
4. Issues have been ongoing for more than 6 months, yet club members pay monthly or yearly subscription fees to play.
5. Privacy issues with the new games
6. Overcharging numerous customers
7. Making it next to impossible to reach customer support
8. Ads surround the new embedded game formats despite the fact that club members joined, in part, to be 'ad-free'

So basically EA/Pogo.com is continuing to accept and collect subscription fees for a service (exclusive games and ad-free games) that they can no longer provide because most of their new embedded games will not load for NUMEROUS customers, and there are ads despite the fact that they're supposed to be 'ad-free'.

They refuse refunds and alternate between denial of the problems and claims that they're 'working on it'. They've even posted on their own forums that there are so many valid complaints from legitimate players about the new embedded flash games not working right that the complaints from customers who are not getting what they paid for are 'overtaking their forums' so they will delete any post made about the games not working!

Yet they've been 'working on it' for at least six months now, and still the games do not work.

There are numerous threats of a class action lawsuit for fraud and many customers who are filing complaints with the state attorney general, with the Better Business Bureau, and with the FTC because people are tired of being defrauded when they paid money in good faith for a service that EA/Pogo is not providing.

Define fraud:
$40 a year Pogo.com subscription fees x NUMEROUS customers who've been defrauded for at least the past six months with no end in sight because the games do not work right, will not load, freeze up, and are surrounded by ads, not to mention the privacy issues when they were displaying players email addresses with certain browsers.

Can anyone say lawsuit waiting to happen?

Club Pogo Jackpots not paying!

I have been a club pogo member now for 5 years and last week I went into Spooky Slots to play. Well, I hit Jackpot! Then I was taken to another screen, which was completely blank, and the JP is still going. My game also froze. I went to winnings and to no avail not showing. I emailed pogo support about this issue, but their response was yes they have had problems with this game and prizes being issued, but will not do anything about my jp winnings. All they say is they will investigate it. I had the whole room jumping for joy for me when I won. I about fainted when this happened only to be let down, big time!!!! Pogo is fake and a scam! They do not payout like they claim and I think this is false advertising. The jp is still up there. I think they get people to pay them to acknowledge that they have won a jp so that is good advertising for them. It makes me sick!!! I think anyone who has had a jp complaint against them should look into a possible class action lawsuit against them. They have the most stupid tech people working for them who do not know a damn thing! Their fees just keep getting higher and higher every year, and that is not fair to poor people like myself. This is rude and unjust to us. I am looking into a class action for this. Anyone wanna jump on? Email me! Thanks for your service!

Club Pogo Jackpots not paying!

I too was notified that I won A $2000.00 jackpot on 2/7/12. I have my claim form and I guess the confirmation number from Club Pogo. It's been over 2 months now & I'm still waiting. Their support staff is a joke. I hope any winners that recevied their prize money can tell us their stories.

They changed the format of their games and made many o them unplayable

I have played for 9 years. Recently, they changed the format of their games and made many o them unplayable. Despite repeated complaints by hundreds of customers, they have done nothing but state that they arelooing into it.

can not go into options and change settings to win challenges

In order to win the challenges I am not able to go into the option setting and change anything. I have been a club Pogo member for years. Why do I play if I can not get credit for it?

i have been wwith pgo a year and enjoy it very much. i am retired and this is my funand now the past three days i cannot get into any of my games .not the daily or for my badges. is there anyone that can help me please.
