I have enjoyed Pogo for several years but I am getting very frustrated. The last two evening I tried to access my account and the password was not accepted. I changed it several times but each time it was rejected. So I decided that I needed help and contacted help/chat. The person on the other end asked me some questions and then advised me to go to my email and reset my password again. I did that but SURPRISE,-- it did not work. The bummer is that to get to anything I need my password to be accepted.
I registered under a different user name to get to the chat line again. It was no longer available. I had tried to get some help the night before but no help was available then either. The original reason that I wanted to get to my account was to complain about the lack of selection at the mini mall. Now that is not my only complaint. The message that I am getting from pogo is that I, and customers in general are just not very important.
I need to find out how I can contact Pogo and cancel my membership and get a pro-rated amount back as my membership just recently renewed. The way things are now makes is very frustrating and definitely no fun.
